Terms Overview

The sections below summarise the main expectations for using the platform and accessing paid features.

Using the service

GCSE AI Tutor is intended as a revision and learning support platform. Users are responsible for using the service lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the operation of the app.

Access to some parts of the platform may require a registered account and an active paid subscription.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for activity that takes place under their account.

The service may suspend or restrict access where there is suspected misuse, abuse, fraud, or a breach of these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is subject to the subscription plan selected by the user. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation options are provided through the checkout and account management experience.

If a payment fails or a subscription ends, access to paid features may be limited until billing is restored.

Acceptable use

Users must not attempt to copy, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the platform, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

The learning content and generated outputs are intended to support revision, not to replace independent study, teaching, or official exam guidance.
